Nothing F*s You Harder Than Time**

Look, I’ve been through some things. Made some bad decisions. Trusted the wrong people. Dated questionable people. But nothing, and I mean nothing, has hit me harder, faster, and with less mercy than time.
Time doesn’t ghost you, it haunts you. It doesn’t just leave quietly; it takes your collagen, your energy, and your ability to stand up without making a noise.
It’s the ultimate hustler. You can be kind, healthy, hydrated, and morally pure. Time does not care. It’s out here repossessing your elasticity and charging you triple to buy it back in the skincare aisle.
It’s the most committed relationship you’ll ever have, but it’s also toxic as hell.
One day you’re a “MILF.” The next day, a cashier offers you a "senior" discount card and you consider paying in coins just to piss them off.
One day you’re staying up until 3 a.m. in heels. The next, you’re in bed by 9, wondering if you can hurt yourself yawning.
Time will take your stamina, your eyesight, your waistline, and worst of all, your tolerance for bullshit. (That part’s actually a gift, but still.)
And motherhood doesn’t just speed up time, it straight up deletes chunks of it. One minute you’re buckling a toddler into a car seat, the next you’re handing them car keys and praying they remember everything you’ve ever taught them.
You think you have years. You don’t. You have 18 summers. And half of those they’re too cool to be seen with you.
What’s worse, menopause years are like dog years. Every month feels like three. Your face changes faster than your phone updates. You find yourself Googling things like, “Is this really acne or just melanoma?”
Here’s the thing: you can Botox it, you can dye it, you can contour it - but you can’t outsmart it. Time is undefeated. The best you can do is stay just unbothered enough to enjoy the ride.
Because if time’s going to screw us all, I say we at least insist on dinner, wine, and dessert first.
